Overview of Dewatering Centrifuge

Centrifugal machine usually used in coal technology, mining machinery engineering and coal beneficiation industry which uses the centrifugal force to separate liquid and solid. Dewatering centrifuge is a kind of washing equipment that use high-speed inner cylinder rotating to sling out the water contained in subject. Centrifugal machine can be divided into: leakage dehydrator, unloading dehydrator, stationary centrifugal dehydrator, activity type dryer.


Main Structure of Dewatering Centrifuge

2. The cylinder and shell of Industrial centrifugal machine are made of stainless steel. Transfer gallbladder are made of stainless steel plate and cage base, chassis are cast iron material, the pipe in the chassis below.

3. Main shaft uses the high quality steel and were finish machining by heat treatment

4. Adopt a sticky tape of trigonometry of transmission, it is driven the wheel by the electrical machinery to start. Walk unhurriedly and start to the normal rotational speed. Turning round has no vibration steadily.

5. There were brake switching arm, and brake performance is good, can make the machine stopped quickly.

Operating method of Dewatering Centrifuge

1. Put the dehydrated material into rotating-drum evenly, pay attention to balance, uniformity and overload.

2. After starting the motor by about 90 seconds, the machine begin to operate normally and the pipe begins to drain off water in abundance.

3. After working 6 to 8 minutes or so, no water outflows so you can cut off power supply. After 1-2 minutes, slowly open and cut braking arm for several times then the machine stopped.

Operation Cautions of Dewatering Centrifuge

1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the machine.

2. Checking the transfer gallbladder before operating, make sure that it can work normally.

3. Put the dehydrated material into transfer gallbladder evenly in order to avoid laterality, so it can run smoothly.

4. Do not place anything above it.

5. During running, once found abnormal phenomenon, one should immediately cut off power supply, brake down to inspection.

6. The machine must be regularly overhaul and add the lubricating oil at least half a year.
